📦 1. Shipping Conditions

📍 Delivery Zones and Times

Orders are shipped via MRW.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland Spain: 24–48 business hours
  • Canary Islands: delivery may take longer due to controls and customs procedures
  • European shipments: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country

The above times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond Antderground’s control.

  • Mainland Spain: from €7 approx.
  • Canary Islands: from €15 approx.
  • Europe: cost varies by destination country

Shipping costs are negotiated with the transport company and may vary depending on external circumstances.

👉 The final shipping cost is always displayed in the cart before completing the purchase.

During certain promotions, Antderground may offer free shipping on a temporary basis.

❌ 2. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation by contacting Antderground and providing the order number or invoice.

  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled according to the returns policy.

🔄 3. Returns Policy (non-living products)

According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (LGDCU), customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for products legally excluded from this right.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Be in its original packaging

A proof of purchase is required.

❗ Non-returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Personal hygiene, health, or care items
  • Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable gases

💳 4. Refund Policy

Once the return is received and inspected, Antderground will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method.

🏷 Sale Items

Products purchased at a discounted price will be refunded for the amount actually paid, not the original price before discount.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.


⚠️ 7. Special Conditions for Shipping Live Animals

Orders containing live animals are subject to specific conditions due to their sensitive nature and applicable animal welfare and sanitary regulations.

7.1 Availability and Receipt

The customer must be available to receive the order on the first delivery attempt, providing a correct address and a working phone number.

Refusal of the package, absence of the recipient, or incorrect information transfers responsibility to the customer.

7.2 Refusal Prohibited and Responsibility

For animal welfare reasons, refusal of packages containing live animals is not allowed.

In case of refusal, absence, or inability to deliver due to customer-related causes, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.

7.3 Risk Transfer

Antderground prepares shipments according to specialized packaging and animal welfare protocols.

Responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer if delivery cannot be completed due to their availability, provided information, or refusal of the shipment, in accordance with applicable law.

7.4 Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the LGDCU, live animals are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.5 Claims

Claims will only be accepted if the order has been delivered correctly on the first delivery attempt.

Incidents must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, including unaltered photographic or video evidence.


🛃 8. Customs Responsibility (National and International Shipments)

8.1 Scope of Responsibility

Antderground is responsible for proper preparation and shipment of the order until it is handed over to the carrier.

Once dispatched, any incidents related to customs or official inspections are outside Antderground’s responsibility.

8.2 Customer Obligation

The customer is responsible for checking the customs and legal regulations of their country regarding the import of insects or live animals before placing an order.

8.3 Customs Risks

Delays, inspections, seizures, or forced returns due to customs are the customer’s exclusive responsibility, with no right to refund.

8.4 Additional Charges

Taxes, tariffs, fees, or administrative charges related to customs are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8.5 Customs Detentions

Antderground is not responsible for customs detentions at origin or destination.
The customer is solely responsible for any procedures or costs incurred.

8.6 Express Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts all conditions described above.
