Description

Sansevieria trifasciata is a perennial succulent plant, popular in interior decoration for its resilience and easy care. It features long, rigid, pointed leaves that can reach up to 1 meter (3 feet) in height. The dark green leaves have horizontal bands of lighter green, giving it a distinctive appearance. Known for its air-purifying abilities, it removes toxins such as formaldehyde and benzene from the air.

Origin

Native to West Africa, where it thrives in arid environments.
