🪴 Description

Globular or slightly cylindrical cactus with well-defined ribs and short spines (sometimes spineless). Its color ranges from light green to grayish, with a smooth, glossy surface. It produces stunning tubular flowers in vibrant red or orange, up to 8 cm long.

• Light: Loves plenty of light, prefers direct sunlight.

• Watering: Moderate. Let the soil dry out completely between waterings. Water very little in winter.

• Temperature: Prefers warm climates. Tolerates down to 5 °C if dry.

• Substrate: Well-draining, mineral-based mix (sand, perlite, gravel).

• Fertilizer: Once a month during spring and summer with cactus fertilizer.
