🐛 Description

The Armadillidium Pallasii “Orange” is a striking isopod species known for its vivid orange color. It can roll into a ball and thrives in tropical and bioactive terrariums.

• Adult: approx. 1.5 – 2 cm

• Temperature: 20 °C – 26 °C

• Humidity: 60% – 80% (needs both humid and dry areas)

• Ventilation: Medium

• Substrate: Coco fiber, dry leaves, sphagnum moss, and rotting wood

🍃 Diet

Detritivore. Feeds on decaying organic matter, dry leaves, rotting wood, and occasionally veggies like zucchini or carrot. Supplement with calcium (e.g. cuttlebone).

• Breeding: Fairly easy in stable conditions

• Broods: 10 to 30 juveniles per cycle
